Under this, the students studying will be provided free laptops and 100% of the fees spent on their studies will also be returned to their accounts. In such a situation, this is a great scholarship program for the students through which they will get a chance to study and they will be able to move towards a bright future.
Applications have been sought from these students
Bharti Airtel Foundation has invited applications from eligible students enrolled in technology or engineering undergraduate and integrated courses (up to 5 years) at NIRF institutes in India.
This program has been designed to support students coming from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, especially focusing on girls. The objective of the company behind starting this program is that the students can lead in the field of technology in the future and complete their studies smoothly.
Eligibility for Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- The applicant must be a resident of India.
- The annual family income of the applicant from all sources should not exceed ₹8.5 lakh.
- The applicant should not be receiving any other scholarship or grant for the same purpose supported by Bharti Airtel Foundation.
Admission should be assured in these institutes
The applicant must be assured of admission in the first year (starting from the 2024 group) of the UG/5-year Integrated Program in the field of Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Aerospace and Emerging Technologies (AI, IoT, AR/VR, Machine Learning, Robotics) in the top 50 NIRF (based on the latest list) engineering institutes of India.
Benefits under the Scholarship Program
- The scholarship will be valid for the entire duration of the UG course including the 5-year Integrated Program.
- Each scholarship under this program covers 100% of the annual fee as per the fee structure of the respective institute/university.
- Hostel and mess charges will be reimbursed to the beneficiary students.
- For students residing in PG/outside hostels, assistance will be given as per the institute’s hostel/mess charges.
- A laptop will be provided in the first year of the course.
- Under the Bharti Scholarship, the graduate students after getting employment will voluntarily provide financial assistance to at least one student at the school or college level at any time as per their capacity.

- Aadhaar card
- Admission proof of the current year (admission letter, fee letter from the institute)
- Class 12th mark sheet
- JEE scorecard or university entrance exam scorecard (wherever applicable)
- Copy of income certificate/income tax return of parents
- Affidavit confirming income if parents are self-employed
- Bank account details (account number, IFSC, branch address) and bank statement of the applicant and parents

- Passport size photo
- Documents related to extracurricular activities, achievements, part-time jobs, projects, innovations, etc.
- Expense receipts/rent agreement (if living in PG/rented accommodation), if applicable, Statement of Purpose (SOP) from the applicant
