The price of the plot available in this scheme has been fixed at approximately ₹ 1,00,000, whereas the price of the flat has been fixed from ₹ 6,00,000 to ₹ 8,00,000 lakh. Under this scheme, a colony flat is being constructed.
It will be done in Panchkula, Gurugram, Sonipat, and Faridabad of Haryana and facilities will be available to poor and needy families in the colony. - To apply for this scheme, the applicant must be a native of Haryana.
- The annual income of the person applying for this scheme should not be more than Rs 1.80.
- The person applying must be above 18 years of age

- Those families who have taken benefit of PM Awas Yojana will not get the letter for this scheme.
- There should not be a permanent house in the name of any member of the family in the urban area.
